Why did I study Clinical Nutrition?
If you've been told you're diabetic, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, fatty liver, PCOS. Or maybe you just don't feel like you used to. You get up in the day, but you don't feel refreshed after sleeping. He gets to the afternoon at 2:30 and... you're looking for the snacks, you're looking for the drive-through just to get you through. Well, maybe your family suffers some of those conditions and you're worried that's going to be you. Well, it doesn't have to be. Because that used to be me. I was obese. I was metabolically unwell. Brain fog. Chasing food every two hours just to get by. And then something changed. I overhauled my nutrition. I fundamentally changed my diet. I aligned to my circadian rhythms. And I started to feel a little bit better.
And a little bit better again. And then all of a sudden, I felt great. And in that moment, I knew that you don't know health until you realise how good it feels. And I changed some more. I've been studying Clinical Nutrition at university for five years because I want people to know what health feels like. Helping people realise there's a path to fast forwarding back to their best health is what I'm here for. If this resonates with you, let's talk about finding a path to guide you toward realising your best health.
