Hi, I’m Jon.
I help busy adults get unstuck.
I’m a Certified Practising Nutritionist (AARPN) and the founder of Fast Forward Nutrition. I built this practice from a mix of lived transformation experience and formal clinical training, because I kept seeing the same issue: people weren’t failing because they “didn’t want it enough.” They were failing because they were trying to apply generic advice to a body and lifestyle that needed a more specific approach.
My work is grounded in evidence-informed practice, ethical transparency, and a structured process that respects real life — work stress, parenting demands, and the messy middle where motivation disappears.
My aim is to meet you where you are, simplify nutrition in a noisy digital landscape, and help you build skills you can keep using long after our work together.
